Our companion service is provided out in the community by participating in community activities of the individual's

choice.

 

Homemakers

We offer household activities such as meal preparation, laundry, vacuuming and routine house hold cleaning provided by a trained homemaker. The intent is to ensure the individual home environment is clean, safe and sanitary. All services are scoped in the support plan.
